Holmen Næringspark is becoming Vakås Verk — a unique business park close to Holmen Senter and Holmen Idrettspark — a 10 minute drive from Oslo city centre. The transformation project includes six buildings ideally located next to E18, which makes it ideal for commuters and visitors.
Vakås Verk will be the home of sustainable businesses, offering flexible spaces for office, co-working (Fellesverket) and event hosting, as well as inspiring and functional common areas like a new cantina, roof top terrace, meeting rooms, work lounges and cell offices. In addition, Vakås Verk will create activity and value for the entire neighborhood through new concepts, including a training center (Treningsverket), restaurant and coffee bar.
